A Rosti is a kind of food made from grated potato, held together with oil and are usually round in shape. They can either be served as part of a meal or can be a snack. Rostis can come in different sizes usually measuring from around 3-12 cm (1 to 5 inches) in diameter. Rostis recently gained popularity when marketed by McCain Foods.
