| Hello Swarm. I haven't touched WP all year and I am just getting used to strange editing features I have never noticed before!! Incredible what you miss when you're away. Anyhow. I am still topic banned on Balkans subjects and basically I would like to have this reviewed. I tried once before but it failed to register, and got one negative remark from one admin who said he wasn't going to support the lifting, and so I steered clear for a while. I may be in need of guidance as to what the correct procedure is, that is if you cannot grant the privilege yourself.
