Robert Mbui is a Kenyan businessman, philanthropist and second term term member of the National Assembly representing Kathiani Constituency in Kenya. He is the fifth member of parliament to represent the constituency since its inception in 1988. Before holding this position he was the NGCDF Chairman for Kathiani constituency. He holds a Masters in Strategic Management from the Kenya Institute of Management.

Robert Mbui belongs to the Wiper Democratic Movement and is currently the party's National organizing secretary. He has also has heavy investments in the education sector being the owner of Mutungoni Academy among other interests.
