COI question
Thank you, Deli nk. I do indeed. However, I am not acting on behalf of the company. This is just my personal contribution to Misplaced Pages. I only add citations - most if not all are from a history blog - to historical entries. I do not add or edit text entries precisely to avoid any conflict of interests.
Would appreciate your time and advice on how to best proceed going forward with this while being fully transparent about it. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Markipedia 1 (talk • contribs) 12:05, 4 October 2018 (UTC)
- Adding references to articles is a good thing, and the Washington Post is a reliable source, so I don't think there's really an issue with your editing itself. I think if you were just transparent about your affiliation, such as by noting it on your user page, that would be a good way of complying with the guidelines at Misplaced Pages:Conflict of interest. Panda Security
Hi Deli nk
I am not being paid or financially recompensed by any company for my edits — Preceding unsigned comment added by MartySNGC2 (talk • contribs) 06:45, 22 September 2018 (UTC)
- What is your connection to the company? It's clear since you have spent years only adding promotional content to Panda Security that there is some connection. Misplaced Pages guidelines say you should be transparent about it. Deli nk (talk) 11:43, 23 September 2018 (UTC)

- Another editor has reviewed the article following your revisions and has declined it again for the same reason. I suggest that you have a look at Misplaced Pages:Autobiography, which you may find helpful. Deli nk (talk) 11:48, 8 October 2018 (UTC)
