On August 7th, 2019, Mansoor Akhtar, along with one other person named Krish, from India, was alleged to have approached Pakistani cricketer ] for match fixing during the second edition of the ] tournament. Mansoor Akhtar (born 25 December 1957) is a former Pakistani cricketer who played in 19 Tests and 41 ODIs from 1980 to 1990. He partnered Waheed Mirza in a world record opening stand of 561 in 1977. The partnership is still the best for the 1st wicket in first-class cricket. He scored one century and three half-centuries, with a highest score of 111 against Australia in Faisalabad.
