These are two distinct business terms. Loyalty marketing is a very specific industry of marketing and it is distinct from the loyalty business model. Merge Loyalty Marketing / Loyalty business model

The two pages seem to be covering mostly the same ground. There is not much difference between the two concepts; they are in a sense alternate phrases that mean more or less the same thing. I'd therefore propose merging the two articles. Thoughts? Fairsing 02:59, 6 December 2006 (UTC)
