The T.C.S. (CV-40) Victory is a fictional light carrier which is the most important ship in the computer game Wing Commander III. All apart from the last two missions in the game fly off this vessel. Colonel Christopher Blair served on the T.C.S. Victory during the last stages of the Kilrathi War. At that time the Victory was an old ship with a long history of service to the Terran Confederation and was jokingly referred to as 'Tin Can Sally'.

The Victory has a fighter fleet consisting of Arrow light fighters, Hellcat V medium fighters, Thunderbolt VII heavy fighters and Longbow torpedo bombers. The best fighter, the Excalibur, which finally dooms the Kilrathi homeworld, arrives on the Victory somewhat later in the game.

The treaty ending the Kilrathi War was signed by Geoffrey Tolwyn and Melek on the Victory. After the war the Victory was retired but preserved as an orbital museum, presumably around Mars.
