Non-Neutral and Undue

This article flagrantly violates WP:UNDUE, and as such is non NPOV. It appears that around half of it deals exclusively with lawsuits, the former CEOs campaign against naket short selling, etc. and ultimately it says very little about the company's business model or anything else to do with the actual company itself. I have fixed the article. A lot of the stuff about Byrne is COATRACK material that belongs in the article about Byrne. Please do not reintroduce any of the UNDUE coverage. GigglesnortHotel (talk) 17:36, 9 September 2016 (UTC)

Update needed

As of July 2017, the article's final paragraph refers to an amended lawsuit filed in December 2010. The lack of an update on outcomes in the ensuing 6 1/2 years suggests the article may have been orphaned or otherwise disowned, meriting a flag of some sort to this effect. Hi, I've removed the section, I can't think of any other company article that includes a list of all board members / executives. We maybe mention the CEO in the infobox, that's usually it. – Thjarkur (talk) 13:08, 22 August 2020 (UTC)
