Down for Life is the debut album by Southern Rap group D4L. The album was released on November 8, 2005 on Mike Jones' record label, Ice Age Entertainment.The album debuted at #22 in the US, selling little over 40,000 in its first week and eventually going Gold. The entire album includes production by Pooh Bear. Not to be confused with DJ Pooh.
