There are four sources listed in the bottom row of the table, and if you click on the Corte Electoral ones, the links are to a site that show the results prior to your update. If they are unnecessary (because the info is in the El Pais ones), then just delete them, but if they are needed, you need to replace them with a link to where the latest data is available. 2023 Argentine general election moved to draftspace

Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Misplaced Pages).
