Removing decade-old vandalism, which has been reproduced widely across the internet.

Removing a "quotation" which was in fact from a satirical work

Correcting a FOURTEEN YEAR OLD error

Some quotations

The attempt to make heaven on earth invariably produces hell. It leads to intolerance. It leads to religious wars, and to the saving of souls through the inquisition. And it is, I believe, based on a complete misunderstanding of our moral duties. It is our duty to help those who need our help; but it cannot be our duty to make others happy, since this does not depend on us, and since it would only too often mean intruding on the privacy of those towards whom we have such amiable intentions.

The problem with assuming good faith is that the road to hell is paved with good intentions.

This is shaping up to be the worst Arbcom in my over 13 years on Misplaced Pages, and the competition is stiff.

It is wrong to put temptation in the path of any nation,
For fear they should succumb and go astray;
So when you are requested to pay up or be molested,
You will find it better policy to say: --

"We never pay any-one Dane-geld,
No matter how trifling the cost;
For the end of that game is oppression and shame,
And the nation that plays it is lost!"

"Pointing out that someone is cherrypicking sources is assuming bad faith" - one of the stupidest things I have ever read on Misplaced Pages, and a green-light to POV pushers.
