This story is about 4 people named 'Everybody', 'Nobody', 'Somebody' and 'Anybody'.

  • There was an important job to be done and Everybody was asked to do it.
  • Everybody was sure that Somebody would do it.
  • Anybody could have done it but Nobody did it.
  • Somebody got angry about that because it was Everybodys job.
  • Everybody thought Anybody could do it.
  • But Nobody realized that Everybody wouldn't do it.
  • It end up that Everybody blamed Somebody when Nobody did what Anybody could have done.
Everybody's Job

I invoke the seven daughters of Ocean who weave the threads of the sons of age. Three deaths be taken from me, seven waves of surety be granted me. No illusions disturb my journey, in brilliant breastplate without hurt. My honour shall not be bound by oblivion. Welcome age! death shall not corrupt the old.

I invoke the silver One, undying and deathless, may my life be enduring as a white-bronze! May my rights be upheld! May my strength be increased! May my grave not be dug! May death not visit me! I shall not be devoured by the headless adder, nor by the hard green tick, nor by the deadless beetle. I shall not be injured by a bevy of women, nor a gang of armed men.

May the King of the Universe stretch time for me!

Celtic prayer
