Currently the article states "all '''192''' members of the UN (...)". Since South Sudan joined the UN last july (2011), shouldn't this number be adjusted? I don't want to do it myself, because I'm not entirely sure about it's relation to the International Court of Justice. --] (]) 16:43, 21 January 2012 (UTC) Currently the article states "all '''192''' members of the UN (...)". Expansion

Does anyone think its worth expanding this article to explain the contents of the statute? Specifically, a section on Article 38 would be very useful. Seems weird that Sources of international law and elsewhere have more detailed discussions of this article than the page about the Statute it's contained in. Unless this page is to be used for the history and politics of the stature, with the sources of int law page serving as somewhere to fold article 38 into where cases and treaties can be gone through more thoroughly. Thoughts? Pascal (talk) 08:28, 3 September 2011 (UTC)
