Dear editor friend, I always looked upto your edits as you are the senior editor and a guide for me (might be unknown to you). I observed that you removed few lines from the notes section in the filmography table of Raashi Khanna's wikipage. I was also one of those few editors who added information such as debut in her filmography table's notes section. I might have done a possible mistake. Regarding untitled films, standard format is "Untitled (director name) film" (Eg. Untitled Guy Ritchie film, Untitled Charlie Day film etc.)
However, if any film already has an article with a working title, then it can be used instead as an exceptional case (Eg. RC15, NBK107 etc.) Hope this helps -- Ab207 (talk) 08:56, 6 September 2022 (UTC)

Hello Ab207...can you help me to report this user -- Tigerikkada. His words are abusive in nature and that too in Telugu. Also, he is allegedly making brainless statements against me. Out of the statements he made, I concern only about the edits realted to K.G.F Chapter 2, the remaning are not at all done by me. After clearly responding to his messages, he is still making meaningless statements. @DareshMohan: Full Hyderabad is possibly a better one among this lot. The reviews are written by full-time writers hired by them. The quality of the write up is generally good. Cannot vouch for the others, mostly gossip and database sites.

@Jayachandran Gopalakrishnan: This is a tricky one. I usually check the CBFC certificate of any film to verify whether it's an original or dubbed. However, the films mentioned above are so old that they were issued handwritten or typewritten ceretificates, instead of the digital ones we see today. Those old version didn't use to mention whether it was dubbed. Also, I have no hunch about them because I don't speak Tamil. -- Ab207 (talk) 08:13, 25 June 2022 (UTC)

Genuine doubt

What does the CBFC certificate say about the Telugu version of 123 (2002)? This review calls the film dubbed. Was the Kannada version straight? Maybe they just reshot the thief scene in Telugu. DareshMohan (talk) 23:10, 11 July 2022 (UTC)

Just to make sure, the cast marked is correct for the Kannada version or is there additional Kannada actors that replaced the Tamil actors (i.e. Ishari K. Ganesh, Pandu, Mohan Raman. According to Jeevi and Full Hyderabad, the Telugu version had Suthivelu and Preetika (whoever that it). It would be nice to find a Kannada review of this film. Okay, according to Chitraloka, no new cast members (phew), but the inaccuracy of the three lead characters names are disturbing. But thankfully Chitraloka tends to be very accurate. There are also a lot of Hindi films (change the category name to Hindi -- a whopping 119 results).

@IP: Unfortunately, I don't have much idea about sources which track TN collections. News18 does mention TN as well but not sure if it's just Telugu version or includes Tamil version as well.

RRR (film)

Surprised how there is no section talking about how the film deals with castes/tribes. This article from Vox talks about how the film has Adivasi sterotypes such as "It is why you have a scene wherein he exclaims he is but a simple tribal person who did not and could not understand the greater vision of the upper-caste savior Ram. It’s also why the Gonds are framed as a “simple” people, compared to sheep, with Bheem having to ask Ram for the gift of education". Could you add something about this in the article? Is Ali's name Bosu or Babu? What is Subhashri's name (seen here, she says "bava" so is she Ooha's sister)? Can you add the plot (not sure why Vikram has a song with both Ooha and Subhashree and then why does Vikram beat Subhashree here (was he cheating on her?). Why is Ali crying (is that his wife?). I reverted the edits because the posts have been made by Samantha, directors Raj & DK and other reliable sources through Instagram. If a real person is making these posts by tagging everyone and when no award jury is not having any issues, I see no point in having them on Misplaced Pages. @MNWiki845 Copyright is vast area but I'll try to explain the basics. Seems that you've been uploading non-free images so that you can use them in the articles. However, only one non-free image is allowed in infobox. If that one image is already there, you cannot upload a new one. Instead you should use the same file and upload a new version there.

The Misplaced Pages page for India Herald is not the same as the website. I have already told User:Khiladi King about this at User_talk:Khiladi_King#India_Herald. That user keeps linking the website (maybe to make the box office link seem more reliable, do not know why he is not open to discussion). If you check Thank You (Revision History), I have reverted his edit three times already under the edit descriptions "newspaper not this", "stop linking defunct website" and "not the same website". This is his most recent change here on 16 August after I warned him on 13 August.

The issue is new users tend to create pre-mature article of notable subjects with poor write up. When they are caught by reviewers, it takes a lot more effort to get it back on mainspace. 1) He is credited in Engeyum Eppodhum and JK Enum Nanbanin Vaazhkai as "Sharwa". The Kanam trailer also uses this name. Is this a stage name or is it a nick name? Is it used for only Tamil films? How is he credited in Telugu films?
2) He debuted in Tamil with Kadhalna Summa Illai (2009); however, his portions were mostly dubbed from Gamyam. He then did Naalai Namadhe. However, in all media interviews, they refer to Engeyum Eppodhum as his debut film. Since there is confusion as to which film is his Tamil debut, can the film "Naalai Namadhe" be left out of the career section. The film is as low-key as low-key can get. Ethnicity/birthplace

I think Rajasekhar (actor) is a Tamilian only. The source used that claims he was Telugu was for his political campaign (which makes sense since to run in Telugu states, it would help to say that you are Telugu and not an outsider). The reason why it is confusing is that if his father was Telugu why does he have the name "Varadarajan"?

What about Raja (Telugu actor)'s birthplace? This source says "I was born in Vizag" while this source says "I was born in Coimbatore and raised in Chennai". DareshMohan (talk) 01:52, 13 September 2022 (UTC)

1. Right. That's why we mentioned "Rajasekher identifies himself as Telugu" as an opinion, rather than a fact. To say he's a Tamilian, we need another source.
