My name is singay namgail ,I am am a native of ladakh . I can speak shamskat dilect of Ladakhi language ,Purgi langauge and upper leh dilect fluently. I can also speak Balti as well as Old Tibetan language from good to moderate. I have studied and research on ladakhi langauge through personal experience .
