I'm having an extremely hard time understanding the inclusion of this section in the article, and the back-and-forth I've had with people defending it has so far offered not a shred of meaningful justification, only 'just because'. One anonymous person placing a couple typo-filled banners on a random bridge for a grand total of an hour or two could barely be seen as significant protest, and even more importantly, I struggle to see how it is so directly related to the congress itself that it warrants inclusion as its own section here in this article. 'Protest' Section

I'm going to remove it, as I strongly debate its WP:REL. If people believe it warrants inclusion, they can finally give a meaningful explanation as to why, since the WP:ONUS is on them.
