Joe Rogan (born August 11, 1967) is an American stand-up comedian who has had some minor success in television, notably with the American sitcom "NewsRadio" and as one of the hosts of "The Man Show."

He was born in Newark, New Jersey and was raised in the Boston, Massachusetts area. He later achieved a degree of fame there as a four-time state Tae Kwon Do champion before pursuing a career in show business.

Since 2001 he has been the host of NBCs, "Fear Factor," a degrading, yet captivating reality show that pits three males and three females against each other in dare devil stunts for a chance to win a prize of $50,000.00.
