==Please Vote YES to keep Category: Keralite_Americans==
Hello again, | |||
I have found out that there is a vote going on whether to keep the Category:Keralite_Americans or merge it to Indian Americans. I have voted to keep the Category Keralite Americans, or to change it to Malayalee Americans instead of generically merging it to Indian Americans. My argument was that if someone is not born in India, then it does not make their nationality Indian. Furthermore, it will undermine the diversity of Misplaced Pages and around the world. If you are interested in voting to keep the Category: Keralite_Americans, please do so .

I'm sorry to say that given the size of my watchlist it is impractical for me to keep track of responses on other pages. Bearing that in mind, I would request that, if I make a response on your talk page, you respond there, and I don't respond there within a day or two, that you maybe come to the conclusion that I didn't see your response on my watchlist, and post the reply here. Thank you.

Adair County
I apologize if I'm not going about this the right way, but may I ask how you know so much about Adair County, Kentucky; esp info about William Palmer Jones?
Living persons
OK. I will remember that. I just remember reading in wikipedia somewhere that, so to prevent possiblity of lawsuits in this area, to list a person as living if the article does not have a reputable source indicating otherwise.
Misplaced Pages:WikiProject Pak-Afghan Relations
Thanks Badbilltucker for adding Misplaced Pages:WikiProject Pak-Afghan Relations to WikiProject Council,
It needs expansion. and it is part of WikiProject Politics.

Resources
What exactly are you supposed to add when you are giving a resource?? Name of book, author, publisher....what?? I am trying to work on the Billy (dog) article and I do have a book here with referance to them which I would like to add as a resource, and while your so wonderful as to help me, how do you get one of those contents boxes?? Thanks Blufawn

Diocesan Infobox
To the creators of Diocesan/Archdiocesan articles
I have proposed at Wikipedia_talk:WikiProject_Catholicism an infobox for Catholic Dioceses. I have not gotten any feedback on this proposal, so I’m culling feedback, advice, corrections, etc. for this. If you have the time, would you check out User:SkierRMH/Diocese_Infobox and give me some feedback! Thanks much!!

Rare breed article discussions
Thanks for thinking of me but I think with my previous history being deleted for the same sort of thing I will sit this one out. I have heard of British Bulldogge and Olde English Bulldogge but don't know enough about them to comment, I'm more of a hound person myself. Blufawn

Tamaskan
I just want to make sure before I put my article up again that you think I have enough referances. We have The Tamaskan Dog Register website, Tamaskan Dog Society of Great Britain website, National Tamaskan Club of America website, The Tamaskan Dog Showing Club at judgedogs.com we have 4 breeders websites in 3 different countries. We also have 2 local newspaper articles, a Tamaskan Brochure (although it is published by the register and has no IBAN no. as it is a brochure not book) as well as the old Tamaskan Breeders guide, a mention in Our Dogs and a profile on dogbreedinfo.com do you think that would be enough or should I leave it a bit longer until we have a bit more positive publicity? Experiments in the Revival of Organisms Paranormal Box
I'm removing this box from the article in question. While the film is strange and somewhat controversial, there is nothing paranormal or supernatural about the experiment it records.

Origin of life ≠ Intelligent Design!
Hi! You proposed that Misplaced Pages:WikiProject Origin of life and related debates was to be merged with Misplaced Pages:WikiProject intelligent design. I dispute this. Have I got any notion wrongly?? To emphasize: I'm a christian evolutionist, believing that God used some complex chemistry which is perfectly legal and moral to research. Pretty pissed off by christians defining creationists to be the "only true christians", I dislike being associated by either creationism or intelligent design. Please discuss this matter in Misplaced Pages:WikiProject_Origin_of_life_and_related_debates#Merger! Rursus 11:26, 23 February 2007 (UTC)
Helping out with the Unassessed Misplaced Pages Biographies
Seeing that you are an active member of the WikiBiography Project, I was wondering if you would help lend a hand in helping us clear out the amount of unassessed articles tagged with {{WPBiography}}. Many of them are of stub and start class, but a few are of B or A caliber. Getting a simple assessment rating can help us start moving many of these biographies to a higher quality article. Thank you! --Ozgod 20:16, 23 February 2007 (UTC)

Proposed projects
I have taken the liberty of doing some expansion of some of the projects you have proposed. Please feel free to make any other changes you see fit. I was going to ask you to perhaps move some of them into main space at some point, but you seem to have been gone for some time. Therefore, whether you ever do come back or not, I think in time I might start moving some of them out into main space at some point myself. If you ever do come back, of course, please feel free to do so yourself. John Carter 18:45, 26 February 2007 (UTC)

The Copyeditor's Barnstar
I noticed you voiced an opinion in the first discussion on a Copyeditor's Barnstar/Award which was archived without decision. If you haven't already, would you please check in with the current discussion? The !votes/opinions from the first discussion, althought noted at the top, are not being counted in the current tally. It would be great if you would also weigh in on your preference of graphic design from among the choices (currently eight different images, the last being added at around 15:23, Thursday, 1 March 2007). If you !vote, please update the tally near the top of the discussion. Thanks. --PigTalk to me 22:03, 1 March 2007 (UTC)

Please Vote YES to keep Category: Tamil_Americans
Hi,
There is a vote started by Bakasuprman to delete and merge the Category: Tamil_Americans to Indian Americans and Sri Lankan Americans. This negative action will further divide the Tamils into either Indian or Sri Lankan. Furthermore, it will undermine the diversity of Misplaced Pages and around the world. This is really uncalled for, and just a spitefull request by user Bakasuprman. So, please vote YES to keep the Category: Tamil Americans here.
Also, if you could get others to vote yes, it would be appreciated. Thank you. Wiki Raja 07:00, 9 March 2007 (UTC)
