Reason: Dynamic IP (geolocates to different regions) keeps adding unverified information (specifically fan-shipping). Being going on for years. This is the latest outbreak. Actting asWP:CENSOR,WP:SOAP,WP:BATTLEGROUND,WP:FORUM that publishing its own original political thoughts and analyses on the projects in way of propaganda, andcarry on ideological battles and conflicts for no end, making personal battles with other ediors in all the responds and discussions goes directly against policies and goals.
