Donna Upson (born 1978) is a white supremacist who ran for the office of mayor of Ottawa, Ontario, Canada in the 2003 municipal election.

During the campaign, she received contributions from the Ku Klux Klan, and she voiced support for racial segregation. She has also set up a Canadian branch of the National Socialist movement. She was supported financially and politically by Don Andrews, leader of the white supremacist Nationalist Party of Canada and a frequent candidate for Mayor of Toronto.

At the time of the election, she was wanted in Nova Scotia for two assault charges, and she was arrested two months prior for breach of probation. She finished in sixth place with 1,312 votes.
