Kuzaran (Template:Lang-fa, also Romanized as Kūzarān; also known as Kūzarān-e Sanjābī) is a city in, and the capital of, Kuzaran District of Kermanshah County, Kermanshah province, Iran. Kuzaran is home to the Kurdish Sanjâbi tribe.

At the 2006 census, its population was 3,759 in 810 households. The following census in 2011 counted 3,934 people in 1,035 households. The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 4,007 people in 1,140 households.
