It goez against WP:PRIMARY to interpret from a random selection of polls that Benjamin Harrison is generally ranked as a below-average president by historians, when these sources do not make that observation. Per WP:OR, we should stick with what secondary sources say about Harrison's reputation. The secondary sources that actually make that analysis say that he is not ranked as a below-average President; i.e.:
