ASTRO Stuffs is a Thailand-based merchandise and retail company, established by actor Bright Vachirawit Chivaaree in 2020. It was completely revamped and re-launched in 2021. Based in Thailand, the company involves in designs, distributes ready to wear sustainable fashion merchandise and associates with various philanthropic activities. From 2023, it is listed in Better Cotton Initiative (BCI), an organization contributing towards the United Nations goals, to achieve better global water maintenance and verifiable agriculture.

Bright Vachirawit Chivaaree serves as the founder and Managing Director (MD) of the company. ASTRO Stuffs is perceived as a sustainable economical brands with clothing styles suitable for all in every occasions, which would focus on improving designs and producing diverse quality products.

History

Bright Vachirawit used to model and sell other brands on his social media during the early years of his career, and he got marketing exposure through these jobs. He founded and launched his first apparel under the brand name ASTRO Stuffs, in late May 2020. Initially, it created and designed basic essential clothing, and the product cycle was mainly managed by his family and relatives.

ASTRO Stuffs brand later launched many theme based designer T-shirt, with limited production. It began a resurgence in popularity entering into the 2021s, almost after a year. In September 2021, the brand was relaunched after modifying production and marketing methodology. Bright lead the company during the transition, reimaged the appearance with remodeled mission which would promote sustainable fashion, quality product and philanthropy. Post re-launch, the brand received a good response and its pre-orders booking got sold-out immediately.

ASTRO stuffs specialized in production and distribution of products like Tote handbags, Bucket caps, Joggers, Flask bottle, Tumbler, Cushion, Bandana, Sunglasses, Fashion accessories, Socks and other essentials for the home. It also created limited edition accessories using recycled sustainable fabrics.

In April 2021, Bright Vachirawit represented ASTRO Stuffs brand as a guest lecturer at Bangkok University International Program, and shared the knowledge on "Sustainability in Fashion Business", along with other delegates from UNIQLO. He spoke how the brand used recycled fibers, and worked on fashion ethically built on social justice and ecological integrity.

Since 2023, ASTRO Stuffs has the membership in Better Cotton Initiative (BCI), a non-profit, multi-stakeholder governance group that promotes better standards in cotton farming. In April 2023, "ASTRO Stuffs: We Make Good Stuff Company Limited", among 19 members from Thailand, featured as members in Better Cotton Initiative (BCI), and thrived in protecting and restoring the environment, encouraged fair work practices, and reduction of child labor.

Charitable activities

ASTRO Stuffs regularly involved in welfare were part of the contributions were utilized for charitable activities. In 2020, its merchandise sale proceeds went to the Seub Nakhasathien Foundation which supported conservation of wildlife in Thailand.

In 2021, the brand initiated awareness on Animal Welfare and Shelter and had project in supporting stray dogs and cats, organized an auction of clothing at the exhibition, and contributed to Soi Dog Foundation, Phuket.

In 2022, the brand associated with an auction, through which $75K collected for charity. It further contributed in the medical supplies for elephants affected during the COVID-19 pandemic, donations was given to Elephant and Wildlife Research Center, Chiang Mai University and Thai Elephant Conservation Center Fund. In August 2022, ASTRO stuffs Pop-up retail sale proceeds proportion was donated to "The Mirror Foundation", which supported various humanitarian projects. In September 2022, the brand involved in celebrity merchandise auction, where proceeds was donated to help heart disease patients.

Environmental sustainability

ASTRO Stuffs brand initiated "Love Is In Clean Air" campaign, promoted travel by public transport and supported reduction in traffic related air pollution. Bright through his brand advocated on Earth Day, highlighted the importance of investment in planet and people's health.

Empowerment projects

In 2022, ASTRO stuffs launched "One Tree Planted" project, where one purchase order is equivalent to planting of one tree. This empowered many farmers and advocacy on plantation of trees. It involved in "ONE Dream Team Goal" merchandise, where contributions, T-shirts & footballs goes to underprivileged kids with the vision "Right To Play - Protect. Educate. Empower".

Awareness projects

The brand spread awareness on Mental Health with tagline "You Are Not Alone In The Universe", an attempt to reduce stigma around it. In addition, it advocated on socio-political topic like voting.
