Mark Hearld (born 1974)

Early life and education

Hearld was born in 1974. He studied at Glasgow School of Art and then received a MA in Natural History Illustration from the Royal College of Art. His tutor there was taught by the artist Edward Bawden.

Career

In 2012, Hearld published Mark Hearld’s Work Book. The book was designed by Hearld and Nicola Bailey.

Personal life

Hearld’s partner is the illustrator Emily Sutton.
