Should editing on this page be restricted? There seem to be a queue of enthusiastic IPs wanting to add the obvious to it, and I imagine this will just continue even before a court case starts.(Of course, in time there will be a place for a page on the event itself). Hello friend. Thank you for the invite. I tried to get an account for like 10 years and was always refused on the grounds of something like "Because I don't feel like it, you little f*ing fa*got. Go s*ck your daddy's c*ck now and k*ll yourself! lol"
Sad. I have found this place is run like a mafia gang of 12 year olds on Ritalin. Luckily, many news pieces have been done about it. What is it? 6,000,0000 articles, and 95% of them are run by 6 users? Yet they advertise it like it is some egalitarian, communal sharing of knowledge.
Rather than come back here, learn to tolerate what you hate, contribute your time, maybe you should get something started exposing the problems? You could be the next Martin Luther, but for online knowledge. Many people would join you! Cheers.

(page does not exist)
Hi Hi lo My automatic signature which is in red is SueoftheAntipodes but when I hover my mouse over it it says 'page does not exist'. What does that mean? Perhaps that is the reason nobody replies to my questions about revising the page on Nick Kyrgios? It is in need of major changes and edits but no volunteers seems to be willing to do anything or discuss anything. How do I make my page exist? ! Thanks.SueoftheAntipodes (talk) 23:40, 23 November 2023 (UTC)
- SueoftheAntipodes - The message "page does not exist" simply means that nothing has been written on that page yet. You can easily fix that by writing something there yourself. Typically people start off by writing a sentence or two about the areas they plan to be editing in. Just click on the red link, and go for your life. As for why nobody else has responded to your Kyrgios comments, that's just a result of the fact that we ARE all volunteers. There are no major tennis tournaments on right now, so interest is low, just as in the major media. Sometimes you have to wait a while for more responses. HiLo48 (talk) 03:32, 24 November 2023 (UTC)
- Hi, I have just received a message telling me that I will be blocked next time I write something about Nick Kyrgios because they can't believe I am not involved. Pity. He has been making some very interesting podcasts in USA for the last four weeks about mental health so I have been putting these in his 'film and tv' page. I had collected material for the racism section (which includes ethnic and other reasons for being discriminated against) but I guess they won't like that either. So It's probably goodbye. Maybe someone else can update the Kyrgios page. It's strange that nobody else seems to want to bother but when I did they get really upset? He's very high profile and wikipedia has to get it right.SueoftheAntipodes (talk) 18:29, 12 December 2023 (UTC)
thank you for the kindness.
I appreciate your invitation to join Misplaced Pages but I'm afraid I must refuse, I have account that I've not used in years and I don't plan to again. My actions are solely for typos, vandalism and talk pages, I am not confident in doing anything else. But still, from the bottom of my heart thank you, and I wish you a great decade, friend. 92.236.211.53 (talk) 20:46, 17 December 2023 (UTC)

Some advice
Hello HiLo. I just wanted some advice from someone who trawls school websites at times. I attempted to add Ruby Roseman Gannon to Northcote High School's page and the citation keeps throwing up an error. I can't stare at it any longer! When you have time can you have a look? Cheers Nickm57 (talk) 09:50, 11 January 2024 (UTC)
- Nickm57 - Sorry, but I don't think I can help there. That style of referencing is something I have never properly mastered. Maybe you could take your question to the Misplaced Pages:Help desk. Good luck. HiLo48 (talk) 10:35, 11 January 2024 (UTC)
- Will do. Nickm57 (talk) 10:36, 11 January 2024 (UTC)

On a smaaaal detail
Hillo HiLo48! I saw you created an article on Ben (Armenian letter). There you dated it "since 405/406". However, as to my knowledge, official/best-of-human-knowledge/commonly agreed date is that all original 36 letters of Mesropian alphabet were "created" in 405. => Why put "/406"? Is there some scientific puzzle or uncertainty? If not, I will correct it.
BTW, thank you for creating the article in the first place! I am slowly making articles of the Alphabet and its letter more accurate and, where possible, informative) — Preceding unsigned comment added by Gregory108 (talk • contribs) 01:16, 9 February 2024 (UTC)
- Gregory108 - I think you may be mistaken. I didn't create that article. HiLo48 (talk) 02:51, 9 February 2024 (UTC)
- huh... Indeed. Something weird happened: I clicked on the author-creator (Andromeda) and eventually came here=(
- Sorry for disturbance, my mistake (somewhere)! Gregory108 (talk) 03:38, 9 February 2024 (UTC)
- Here is the page of the creator https://en.wikipedia.org/User_talk:Artemis_Andromeda - and there the link via "my talk page" leads to you. Gregory108 (talk) 03:40, 9 February 2024 (UTC)
Clean road trains of the future - though not here yet
Hi HiLo48, trucks should change to cleaner fuels like electric or hydrogen, and smaller clean trucks are indeed catching on. But road trains seem to be the exception so far, with very few clean ones being used. So for the time being, road trains are almost exclusively diesel. That fact is notable, and should be included in an encyclopedia. Failing to do so merely hides the pollution. National fuel usage could be included to show scale.
It seems the Townsville hydrogen road train is not yet operating
I tried to link to WP:Misplaced Pages is an encyclopedia, not wp;wia.
Let's keep focusing on facts, and update when necessary. Thanks from TGCP (talk) 00:45, 25 February 2024 (UTC)
- I asked you to take this matter to the article's Talk page. Instead, you came here to discuss it, and changed the article without global discussion. This is not the place. HiLo48 (talk) 01:32, 25 February 2024 (UTC)
- This was merely to inform you, and remind you that content must be encyclopedic. You can debate on that Talk page if you will. I see no reason to leave out basic facts, hence no reason for your deletion. TGCP (talk) 01:55, 25 February 2024 (UTC)
- Please stop wasting your time here, and discuss this in the correct place. HiLo48 (talk) 02:16, 25 February 2024 (UTC)

Thanks
Hi there, last August you made an edit to my Talk page pointing out the use of the quadruple ~. Just wanted to say thanks for that (and I wish I would've noticed earlier, I had assumed Wiki adds that automagically ^^) Steffens123 (talk) 21:56, 5 March 2024 (UTC)
