Optical Express (OE) is Europe’s largest provider of the combination of optical services which includes laser eye correction, contact lenses, and spectacles.

The company was started in Scotland the late 1980's by David Moulsdale who still owns and runs the company today.

In 2004, OE acquired a triage of services previously handled by the Boots Group, consequently making OE the third largest Dental services business in the United Kingdom. These services include dentistry, foot care, and LASIK form of eye surgery.
