Ali Karaki (Template:Lang-ar) was a Lebanese militant who was a member of the Jihad Council of Hezbollah. He served as the commander of the Southern Front of Hezbollah.
Career
Karaki was born in 1967 in Ain Bouswar, Nabatieh Governorate, located in the south of Lebanon. After completing his university studies, he joined the ranks of Hezbollah during the Lebanese Civil War. Over time, he rose through the ranks and took part in the 2006 Lebanon War. Karaki later became a member of Hezbollah's Jihad Council, which is Hezbollah's supreme command, and served as the commander of the southern front. Additionally, he held Guinean citizenship.

On September 23, 2024, it was reported that Karaki was killed in a targeted elimination by the Israeli Air Force while he was in an apartment in the Bir al-Abed area of the Dahieh district in Beirut. Hezbollah said that he survived the strike. Four days later, Israel alleged that Karaki along with Hassan Nasrallah, secretary-general of Hezbollah, was killed during the headquarters strike.
