Spetimiu Căpățînă este artist roman, absolvent al Academiei de Artă București - Facultatea de Arte Decorative și Design - Secția Artă Murală (1992) – Decan Ion Bitzan, profesor Marilena Preda Sînc, membru al Uniunii Artiștilor Plastici din România (1997).

Tablourile sale sunt recunoscute pentru exprimarea artistică în maniera gestualistă, cromatică vibrantă și tușe de forță, care îi amprentează unic creația.

Stil Artistic

Septimiu este adeptul stilului expresionismului liric, creația sa fiind influențată de artiști ca Willem De Kooning, Wassily Kandinsky, Zao Wou Ki.

Majoritatea tablourilor lui Septimiu sunt de mari dimensiuni, iar tehnica utilizată în mod obișnuit este acrilic pe canvas.

Tematica abordată de Septimiu este diversă, de la portret, nud, până la creații complexe ce compun o serie de tablouri criptate cu același mesaj.

Artist în plină ascensiune artistică, creațiile lui sunt licitate la case de licitație de prestigiu din România și se regăsesc în galerii din România și străinătate, precum și în colecții particulare în Canada, Franța, Italia, Elveția.

Cariera

Căpățînă și-a expus lucrările în diverse galerii și expoziții, atât în România, cât și internațional. Tablourile sale au atras atenția datorită stilului lor unic și adâncimii emoționale pe care o transmit. A fost recunoscut ca o figură semnificativă în arta contemporană românească.

Tablourile sale sunt recunoscute pentru exprimarea artistică în manieră gestualistă, paleta de culori vibrantă și tușele puternice, care împrintă unic creațiile sale.
