On 23 October 2024, multiple people were reportedly killed during an attack at the Turkish Aerospace Industries headquarters in Ankara, Turkey. According to local media, an explosion occurred at the site, and was followed by gunfire.
Interior Minister of Turkey Ali Yerlikaya wrote on X that "A terrorist attack was carried out against the Turkish Aerospace Industries... Unfortunately, we have martyrs and injured people."
