May I know why my request is not getting rejected or accepted? My previous unblock request got rejected multiple times and quite immediately, ie. . Am I being tested for something or what? Please let me know, it's killing me inside, it's been 9 months since I'm blocked so please write me back. For god sake please, count on me for the one last time. I will never violate ] again, ever. :If there are any conditions or rules, please tell me! I am ready to accept them. I have accepted my mistake many times and still accept it and promise that I will never make such a mistake again. To get unblocked, I am ready to accept . |

:Just to note, it has been almost 9 months since I was blocked, in this duration I neither used any new account nor did any logged-out editing. I know very well that it is very difficult to trust me but you have the power to punish people for their mistakes. In the end, I would just like to say that I want to remove the stain that has been put on me regarding Misplaced Pages because of me. Thanks you! ] ] 07:23, 1 October 2024 (UTC) |

::Hi @], sorry you've been waiting so long. Part of why is probably because admins come to this page, see this giant wall of comments you've written, and decide they could more easily help someone else (there are over 100 unblock requests in the queue right now). Another part is because of the nature of your block - most admins ''can't'' lift your block, since you were blocked by a ]. Only another checkuser can unblock you, and there aren't that many of them. |
::I'm going to decline your unblock request. I know that's not what you want to hear, but I think it will give you a better chance of successfully appealing your block. Here is what I think you should do: |
::# go back through the conversation you had with Yamla and Dekimasu and re-read their advice about what you should talk about in your unblock request |
::# ask me whatever questions you might have |
::# write an unblock request, but save it on your device, don't post it |
::# leave for a while - a week, or maybe a month, whatever it takes to stop feeling emotional about this |
::# edit that unblock request you wrote in step 3, so that it's as short and calm as possible |
::# post the unblock request, and wait. |
::I can't promise anything, but I think you'll have a much better chance with a second try. -- ] (]) 02:31, 20 October 2024 (UTC) |

:::{{ping|asilvering}} First of all thank you for your humble reply. Secondly, I am ready to accept the terms of dekimasu, yet I am surprised that I was not unblocked. Your suggestion is right but I am confused what and how much I should write in the next unblock request. ] ] 04:59, 31 October 2024 (UTC) |
::::Can you explain what terms have you agreed to? Dekimasu's comment didn't specify any restriction that you must abide in order to be unblocked. ] (]) 05:08, 31 October 2024 (UTC) |

:::::@], Please carefully. Dekimasu had clearly said "suggesting some positive edits you intend to make, or volunteering to accept some particular restrictions (such as not initiating in or participating in move requests at all, etc.) might be helpful." This is what I'm agreed to. ] ] 05:52, 31 October 2024 (UTC) |

::::::That message means you should propose the edits that you are willing to make if you are unblocked. That would let us know how good you are at editing. ] (]) 07:05, 31 October 2024 (UTC) |

:::@] Please write me back for my question above. I'm pinging you because of your second point (2. ask me whatever questions you might have). ] ] 11:31, 1 November 2024 (UTC) |

::::Sorry, I didn't respond to that question myself because Ratnahastin got to it. To summarize, you'll want to concisely explain why you were blocked and what you will do in the future that will not lead to another block. You should explain what kinds of things you want to edit, and come up with an answer to Dekimasu's suggestion - some kind of particular restriction you'll abide by that satisfies the reason why you were blocked in the first place. -- ] (]) 00:08, 2 November 2024 (UTC) |

:::::@] Thanks for being so kind and giving me your precious time. I really appreciate your positive response. My cousin is getting married at 16th November so I'll be a little busy. So I'll look into the unblock process after some time. Again, thanks a lot for responding. Happy editing! ] ] 06:42, 3 November 2024 (UTC) |

:::::@] I did exactly what (in my latest unblock request). I'm hoping for the best. Again, thanks for your suggestions. |
