He subsequently enrolled at Henry Ford College, where he obtained an Associate of Science and an Associate of Arts degree in 2002. Raupp completed his Bachelor of Science degree at the University of Michigan–Dearborn in 2006. In 2013, he participated in the Emerging Leaders Program (ELP) as a Fellow at the Harvard Kennedy School. In 2017 and 2018, he was a Fellow in the Education Policy Fellowship Program at Michigan State University.
