Chen Yu-jen (traditional Chinese: 陳玉珍; pinyin: Chén Yùzhēn) is a Taiwanese politician and lawyer who serves as a Member of the Legislative Yuan. She was previously a member of the Kinmen County Council.

Early life and education

Chen was born on 29 October 1973 in Kinmen, Taiwan, and was educated at Kinmen High School. She graduated from National Taiwan University with a Bachelor of Arts in Chinese literature and a minor in law, then studied briefly in the United States at Harvard University, where she was a student at the Harvard Kennedy School. Chen then pursued graduate studies in Japan, where she earned a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Kyushu University.

After graduating from Kyushu University, Chen went to China to attend Peking University, where she studied international law, public international law, and international economic law and earned a second LL.M. from the Peking University Law School. She also had been a student in the United States studying public policy at the Harvard Kennedy School.
