Teaching and Course Development

In 1996, White began his teaching career at Seneca College, where he later became the program coordinator for the Financial Services Underwriting Post Diploma Program. He was instrumental in designing several courses aimed at preparing students for careers in the financial services sector. White held this role until 2010, leaving behind a legacy of academic innovation.

Publishing

White is the author of Mortgage Brokering in Ontario, a textbook widely used in Canadian mortgage licensing programs, including those at Humber College,, Cambrian College, and REMIC.
