He began his music career with the 2013 debut single "You and Me," featuring Britain's Got Talent finalist Ryan O’Shaughnessy. Throughout his career, Graciano has collaborated with double-platinum artists such as Nana The Darkman and Mr. President. In August 2021, he toured Europe as a backup vocalist for Nana The Darkman, performing hits like "Lonely" and "Remember The Time."
