Alice Kingsbury Cooley (1839-1910) was a British-born American actress, author, and poet, of New York City.
Alice Kingsbury was born December 31, 1840, in England. For several years, she was an actress in such plays as Fanchon, Juliette, and others, and starred over the United States and Canada. She was the author of a child's book entitled Ho for Elfland; and a work for adults entitled Asaph, an historical novel of ancient Jerusalem.
