Moero! Nekketsu Rhythm Damashii Osu! Tatakae! Ouendan 2 (燃えろ!熱血リズム魂 押忍!闘え!応援団2, "Burn! Hot-Blooded Rhythm Soul Hey! Fight! Cheer Squad 2") is a rhythm video game developed by iNiS and published by Nintendo for the Nintendo DS handheld video game console. It is the third game to use its gameplay, and is the sequel to Osu! Tatakae! Ouendan. The game will have 4-player wireless play, and is expected to be released in Japan on May 17, 2007.
New characters
All of the original cheer squad, male and female, will be playable. Characters from the original stages in the first game will also make reappearances, based on released screenshots. There will be a rival Cheer Squad dressed in blue, who will also be playable. Four levels have been confirmed, one being a level where a shoe salesman travels into space to sell his oversupply to aliens, another involving the high school student from the first stage of the original Ouendan, now furiously job hunting, the third one has a choir supposedly practicing for a concert, and the fourth involving a sumo wrestler. There will also be a versus mode stage involving a soccer match.
