- Mmm.... I think some of the problem is there isn't a whole lot to say. Steakhouses. Restaurants that serve steak. I would take out that "middle class" reference, though. Ruth's Chris is a quite upscale steakhouse. · Katefan0 20:03, May 6, 2005 (UTC)
- Well, there are certainly questions to be asked about what the first steakhouse was, its role in American society, why they are considered American, effects of events such as the mad cow scare, and possibly even throw in an Oprah reference, in regards to her opposition of the cattle industry...
