Naugle (born 14 February 1942) is an American real estate broker, currently serving as the Mayor of Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Although a lifelong Democrat, he frequently supports Republican candidates. Elected for the first time in 1991, Naugle is the longest serving Mayor in the history of Fort Lauderdale, serving for six consecutive terms.


Naugle was on Fort Lauderdale City Advisory Boards since 1976. He was elected City Commissioner in 1985.

Naugle is the longest serving Mayor in the history of Fort Lauderdale and is ineligible for a seventh term.
