Bubble Buddy was first seen in the episode "Bubble Buddy" in Spongebob Squarepants. The episode starts as SpongeBob is trying to play with his friends (Patrick, Sandy, Squidward) but can't. He then makes up a bunch of "buddies" until he comes up with a perfect one: Bubble Buddy. SpongeBob and his new friend then have fun at the Krusty Krab and Goo Lagoon, and the activites they they partake in annoys everyone very much. The deziens of the beach then try to pop him. However, Bubble buddy comes alive and leaves, saying bye to SpongeBob. He also appears in SpongeBob SquarePants: Battle for Bikini Bottom.
