Optical Express (OE) is Europe’s largest provider of the combination of optical services which includes laser eye correction, contact lenses, and spectacles.
The company was started in Scotland the late 1980's by Percy Moulsdale who still owns and runs the company today with an iron fist and strong rule. This ecoes his brother's teaching metohds.
The corruption of the company and strict liscencing laws prompted pressure groups based in Spain to call for closure of the firm. Mark Alexander Styles, leader of "O.U.T" (Optical express Under Twats) has said:
