Prithviraj Kapoor in the Movie Sikander

Prithviraj Kapoor, born at Peshawar (3rd November, 1906 - 29th May, 1972) was the 3rd recepient of the Dadasaheb Phalke award for Indian cinema. Prithviraj was awarded Padma Bhushan by the President in 1969.

His son's, Raj Kapoor, Shammi Kapoor and Shashi Kapoor also went on to become famous actors in their own right.
