The idea was taking forward by a group of 6 founding members, these as of 21st August 2007 were voted into the first ever Committee group, who would start up the network. The committee consists of a President, Tresuarer, Secetary, Events Secetary, PR Officer, and Liaisons Officer. It was decided that they would set up a network group serving predominently ] District, in which the values of modern day scouting were kept intact.
