This is an apparent nonsense due to the fact that this is a public IP address that is mapped to many private addresses - checked with Verizon ISP Customer Service represenattive

Request reason:

First of all, the claim is "Abusing multiple accounts: Only used by socks of Velebit/Guivon". As I already checked with Verizon ISP Customer Service representative - their NAT service maps this public IP address to many private IP addresses. This Lar as a checkuser must know that a public IP address is not a unique identification of a user. I never used any accounts attributed frivolously to me. My edits were: added a reference to Sajmiste concentration camp paragraph, refused removal a few sentences from Neo-Nazism, Croatia and refused changes in the Ante Pavelic introductory. Explained reasons in the subject lines and on the talk page. So, nothing disruptive, rather legal and honest. All malicious text on this talk pages I have full rights to remove any time. It is too apparent that this Lar abused his/her checkuser and administrator rights in order to support others who are on some friendly terms with her/him and who harassed me this way. I am definitely going to present this case to the Misplaced Pages arbitration committee - no matter would someone remove this block or not --71.252.83.230 20:02, 15 September 2007 (UTC)
