Dane Rauschenberg, born May 31, 1976, is an amateur athlete who, in 2006, ran a certified marathon every weekend and raised money to benefit the Mobile, Alabama chapter of L'Arche Internationale as part of an effort he called "Fiddy2", with the goal of raising $52,000 for charity. The 52nd and final race was run on December 30, 2006.

Accomplishments

  • running 52 consecutive weekly marathons in 2006 with an average time of 3:21.


Fiddy2

Fiddy2 has raised $42,588.40 for the Mobile, Alabama chapter of L'Arche Internationale. Rauschenberg continues to raise money through his website Fiddy2.
