More fun with Wrestlemania III
Hey,
I changed "occasionally disupted" to "has been disputed" because occasionally seems a little POV to me and I haven't seen language like that in some of the better wikipedia articles. Hopefully we can agree that since it has indeed been disputed by Meltzer, Bresloff, and the IWC geeks that we can just leave it at that. Just a heads up RedBirdI55 15:00, 16 August 2007 (UTC)

Re: The doctor is back
Hey there. Sorry about the long delay for a reply but I've been taking a month break from Misplaced Pages just to clear my head. About Krabs, I think I might have an idea what the new IP address is. I have a suspicion it's 68.44.84.185 (talk · contribs) due to similar edits (some of them hinting straw puppetry) and this address locating to New Jersey (just like the old IP address). I'll try to put a CheckUser for Bratz12 for this tomorrow, but while I'm here has there been any other accounts vandalising as well as this? -- Oakster Talk 23:57, 18 August 2007 (UTC)

Up to date?
Hello, I see you have made some improvements to Citrus Bowl.
I notice the article contains this statement, "The most recent was The Rolling Stones in December 1997." Is that still up to date? There hasn't been a major concert there for at least 10 years? If that is false it should be updated. If it is true then it would be interesting if we could explain why this venue is no longer hosting major concerts. Best, Johntex\ 00:12, 20 September 2007 (UTC)
User:Bratz12 = User:Shawty18?
Hiya, I'm not as knowledgeable about User:Bratz12 or anything like that, but a moment ago, I came across User:Shawty18, who appears to be adding false information into articles en masse. Again, I'm not too familiar with User:Bratz12's Modus operandi or anything, having never heard of him/her before today, but both appear to have edited similar articles. See, for example, the edits of Bratz12 (which you reverted) and Shawty18 on Bratz 4 Real. Or, on Bratz: Movie Starz, Bratz12 and Shawty18 . Which has now been redirected (by Shawty18) to Bratz: The Movie (video game), where he has made changes such as and . The list goes on, and on. The additions of "announced soundtrack" sections, with a comment saying all additions must have a source, with additions added without sources; the user name similarities; and the fact that they have edited similar articles, all seem suspicious to me. Would you be able to have a bit more of a look into things, see what you think? --Dreaded Walrus 00:39, 22 September 2007 (UTC)
- It appears this guy is a Sockpuppet of Krabs502. He seems to be moving into the two Disney Princess Games and the movie Enchanted (made by Disney). His gimmick seems to be adding Chamillioniare into the soundtrack of Disney movies and adding that Bratz/Disney videogames were created by EA with ESPN Integration
- Here is a small list of pages he has added with spam/vandalism/non-sense
- A lot of his edits are also very sly wherein the data he puts in _could_ be factual but is most likely not correct, such as inputting incorrect ESRB/PEGI ratings to videogames or adding in that the videogames will be coming out for consoles that really are not coming out for that console.
- There are also tons of Bratz articles that I'm pretty sure are incorrect but I have no clue about anything Bratz related.
- Here is his contrib page
- This guy is obviously not editing these articles in good faith but since I'm still pretty new to Misplaced Pages I do not know how to pull up this guys past sockpuppet list on this page Misplaced Pages:Suspected_sock_puppets. Can you help to report this guy as a sockpuppet of Krabs502/spammer?
- Also, Category:Suspected_Wikipedia_sockpuppets_of_Krabs502
- Strongsauce 11:08, 22 September 2007 (UTC)
- Figured out how to file an SSP Misplaced Pages:Suspected_sock_puppets/216.83.121.194_(5th) and submitted an AIV so I guess you can just ignore this in that regard. Strongsauce 15:33, 22 September 2007 (UTC)

I need to know how to make one truly invisible, since a white background shows up in the wiki. I'm mediating a dispute, and the best compromise hinges on my ability to make a truly invisible table. BTW, you're welcome for the smile :) The Hybrid 08:14, 30 September 2007 (UTC)

Help desk did it for me, sooo
The Hybrid has given you the blank stare and no longer cares what you say. Possibly due to Hanlon's razor, which states "Never attribute to malice that which can be adequately explained by stupidity.", or because this user knows he is correct no matter what you say. Spread the indifference by ignoring someone else, whether it be someone you have had disagreements with in the past or a good friend. The Hybrid 08:21, 30 September 2007 (UTC)- Lol, you're really out of it, aren't you? Anyway, I was poking around the talk page for {{smile}}, and ran across that thing. Justapunk
Hey, not sure if I should speak to you about this but Just (who I think you've dealt with before) is on my case about the Australian Wrestling Federation article. If you look on his discussion page you can see what we've said so far. I only am bringing this to your attention because you've dealt with him before. It just doesnt seem like he wants to help build the article. He just wants to reverse all the work I've put in and rub it in my face...
Thanks Parradudes
- Bullet, if you take a look at my talk page, and the history of Parradudes - it would appear that he is keen to ignore the WP:NPOV rules to get this off the ground. I got a third opinion - which is also on my talk page. My view is that the article can not be saved. I have searched for sources and found nothing outside the AWF website and fan sites. That is why I have queried it's notability. I even query if any Australian wrestling promotion can pass the notability rules to be honest. In my opinion Parradudes has been quite rude to me, but I'm not complaining. He just has to get some third party sources going - but I wish him luck on that! !! Image source problem with Image:Dbzb3.jpg
Thanks for uploading Image:Dbzb3.jpg. I noticed that the file's description page currently doesn't specify who created the content, so the copyright status is unclear. If you did not create this file yourself, you will need to specify the owner of the copyright. If you obtained it from a website, then a link to the website from which it was taken, together with a restatement of that website's terms of use of its content, is usually sufficient information. However, if the copyright holder is different from the website's publisher, their copyright should also be acknowledged.
As well as adding the source, please add a proper copyright licensing tag if the file doesn't have one already. If you created/took the picture, audio, or video then the {{GFDL-self}} tag can be used to release it under the GFDL. If you believe the media meets the criteria at Misplaced Pages:Non-free content, use a tag such as {{non-free fair use in|article name}} or one of the other tags listed at Misplaced Pages:Image copyright tags#Fair use. See Misplaced Pages:Image copyright tags for the full list of copyright tags that you can use.
If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have specified their source and tagged them, too. You can find a list of files you have uploaded by following this link. Unsourced and untagged images may be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If the image is copyrighted under a non-free license (per Misplaced Pages:Fair use) then the image will be deleted 48 hours after 10:06, 26 October 2007 (UTC). If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. -- LAX 10:06, 26 October 2007 (UTC)
