'''"The Dream Team"''' is the 5th episode from Season 4 of the dramedy television series '']''.
==Plot== | |||
While shopping for a more youthful wardrobe at ], Drama tries on a $2000 leather jacket that reminds him of his high-school days. On their way to meet Walsh in the store's restaurant, Vince and E meet ], who informs them that a leaked copy of the ''Medellin'' trailer has been posted on ]. At the table, Walsh accuses E of engineering the leak to sabotage the project and taunts E into a brawl in which E gets the upper hand.
Meanwhile, Drama sees a customer wearing a trucker hat emblazoned with the logo for California Homegrown, a local medical marijuana club. Deciding that the trucker hat is just the accessory he needs to complete his image makeover, Drama and Turtle visit the club in an attempt to purchase one. However, the club's security guard informs him that he needs a medical marijuana card from a doctor before he can enter the club. Turtle hooks Drama up with a doctor who helps Drama search for a valid reason for a marijuana prescription, eventually settling on a diagnosis of a loosely defined ]. Leveraging his diagnosis to buy the hat – as well as some marijuana for Turtle – Drama heads to the set for the new season of Five Towns, the TV show of which he is the star. While his fellow cast members are impressed with Drama's new look, they are equally impressed with the marijuana he bought for Turtle and engage in a raging party in his trailer.
The leaked ''Medellin'' trailer causes a groundswell of interest: Ari's office is flooded with calls with promises of new projects for Vince. However, Ari convinces Vince and E to pursue a project based on ''Lost in the Clouds'', a fictional book about two lost mountain climbers. The project is being 'fast-tracked' by Ari's old flame, Dana Gordon, who was fired due to Ari's earlier interference on the Ramones project. Dana is interested in Vince, but she's already put out an offer to ], who is represented by Ari's old nemesis, Josh Weinstein. Ari and Lloyd hatch a plot to remove Heath from the project by convincing Josh that the book has latent homosexual overtones, and could end up typecasting Heath's career.
Ari has also set up an interview for Vince, E and Walsh with ] from ], who wants a story on the genius behind ''Medellin''. Despite Walsh's persistent baiting of E, the trio make it through the meeting without a meltdown. However, afterward, a shirtless Walsh (complete with a Medellin tattoo covering his entire back) snaps and chases E's ] down the street. Swearing he'll never speak to the director again after the release of ''Medellin'', E takes a call from Ari who's sold Dana on his dream team: "Who wants to climb Mount Annapurna," he asks. "Vinny stars, E produces, Walsh directs. Boom."
