35 Squadron SAAF is a squadron of the South African Air Force. It is currently a maritime patrol and transport squadron.

- First formed: 2 February 1945
- Historic aircraft flown: Catalina, Sunderland GR 5, Harvard, Spitfire, Oxford, Ventura, Shackleton MR3, C-47 Dakota.
- Current aircraft flown: C-47TP "Turbo Dakota".
- Current base: AFB Ysterplaat, Cape Town.
- Award for Best Permanent Flying Unit in the SAAF for both 2004 and 2005
