Hindus are being continuously persecuted in Bangladesh ( formerly East Pakistan ) right from the partition of India till today. Hindus who initially constituted 30% of the population there have now dwindled to around 10%. Almost all of those driven out are now refugees in the North Eastern states in India. It is sad that this ethnic cleansing has gone largely unnoticed. Hindus are being continuously persecuted in Bangladesh ( formerly East Pakistan ) right from the partition of India till today.
