I am Paul Couvrette's fan and the purpose of this page is not to advertise
I am one of Couvrette's fans and I dont see anything wrong with having a wiki entry about him online. Could you please guide me on how i can do that
Why is RS Wenocur not notable -- meets almost all criteria

Deletion - Lit Fuse Films
As you may remember, you deleted an article about Lit Fuse Films. I contested this. You said I had no credible sources. I have such sources now.
You said "It doesn't matter how good you think they are -- what matters is whether this company has been recognized as notable by reliable independent sources. So far, there's no evidence of that. NawlinWiki (talk) 04:50, 26 December 2007 (UTC)" I Have such evidence. I can provide links to websites which have awarded litfuse various honors, which includes second and third place honors at the Bitfilm Festival under the machinima category. Both Maintnace Man and Ballad of Black Mesa are creations of LitFuse, and as you can see by visiting the bitfilm award page, these have in fact received awards. . I can also show that on DIGG one of their films has made the front page (Ignis Solus), and many video and machinima oriented sites have found Ignis Solus (one of Lit Fuse's films) to be very popular. I was planning on writing all this in the article when you restored it. Now, would you please restore the article?. If you refuse, I can always just rewrite it (there wasn't all that much there anyway) but that doesn't make sense considering a single line is missing. If you won't restore it, will you at least tell me if my evidence is sufficient, so that I don't write it again only to be deleted? Orangesoda31 (talk) 22:13, 7 January 2008 (UTC)
- It would seem that they took down the awards info on that page, it was last years award after all. I will look for an alternative URL. Orangesoda31 (talk) 23:19, 7 January 2008 (UTC)
- I got one. . This page should be fairly constant. One last note: Zacharia Scott (whom is credited with the award winning films) is a member of Lit Fuse. You can find them on the Lit Fuse website if need be. Thanks. Orangesoda31 (talk) 23:30, 7 January 2008 (UTC)
- Thanks for your time. I think I will stop here and wait for a bit more notoriety to reach them before I start again. You are a really great admin. Orangesoda31 (talk) 00:22, 9 January 2008 (UTC)
Deletion - Terminals (band)
Just wondering why this article (admittedly a stub) was deleted. I checked the criteria, and, well, it really doesn't meet any of the quick-deletion standards. First of all, The Terminals is not my band. Secondly, they are signed to Dead Beat Records, and two-thirds of the band own and operate Boom Chick Records. The Terminals are at least as big in the garage scene as , and Boom Chick releases Brimstone Howl 7" EPs along with SPEED! Nebraska. I am trying to get the List of bands from Lincoln, Nebraska section updated, and The Terminals are a major part of that scene. Please restore the page. Rawkstah (talk) 16:41, 7 January 2008
Riana lulz, or I'm running out of witty titles
Thanks for the revert and block. I take it that that image was not of Riana but pornographic in nature, yes? Will 15:21, 8 January 2008 (UTC)
The Option Knob
An editor has asked for a deletion review of The Option Knob. Since you closed the deletion discussion for this article, speedy-deleted it, or were otherwise interested in the article, you might want to participate in the deletion review. Chalhub (talk) 17:20, 8 January 2008 (UTC) Hi Nawlin, I hope you will consider my previous response to your reason for deleting the Option Knob page. I have tried to clarify the misunderstanding that you had in your deletion and that the article is not a blatent advertisement but merely descriptive by a 3rd party. Once again, if you feel that there are elements of the article that leave the descriptive realm then by all means edit them, but I tried to only be as descriptive as the wiki entry Guitar Pick because I felt the Option Knob was a similar entry. Thanks for your understanding.
Brian Bohrer
Hi, please take a look at Brian Bohrer and let me know if I'm on the right track. I've added a few references from a newspaper. I've also added the ISBN numbers of his books. I'll be adding more. I was looking for your feedback as you were the person that prodded it. Kelevro (talk) 02:29, 10 January 2008 (UTC)

You may very well be sick of these things by now, but considering that I have seen more timely and appropriate speedy deletions from you than any other administrator during my time in newpage patrol, you're well deserving of another one. Plus there's that Louisiana lagniappe element :) jonny-mt 05:43, 10 January 2008 (UTC) |
Question on Hasan Salaam
Hi, I re-started the article on Hasan Salaam and I saw you deleted the original. Webhat (talk) 13:36, 10 January 2008 (UTC)
Deletion - Rising From Ruins
To NawlinWiki, You deleted the page I made on the band Rising From Ruins. I understand that I didn't have enough information and I think I get what you mean by it didn't have enough significance. I have added alot more information on the band but when I try to put it back on it deletes it again. If you could see the changes I have made and then tell me what I need to do so that it will pass or maybe the band is just not popular enough that would be very helpful. Thank-you NayhanAmor (talk) 04:20, 11 January 2008 (UTC)
Draft Posted
I have posted what I have done of the draft for Rising From Ruins. Thanx NayhanAmor (talk) 04:31, 11 January 2008 (UTC)
Revision history error; Biodiesel
I'm not sure if you'll be able to assist me in my query. There is a problem in the revision history of Biodiesel. I undid revision 183328408, ], by User:68.14.36.186; If you examine the next edit, it appears as though I've added something, though in fact, I removed an unhelpful addition. Later in the history, ], it appears that I re-added the same comment, though I did not, as noted in the edit comments. It appears as though a number of the editor's signatures have been transposed. I'm concerned about how this happened more than that it did happen. Any idea why? Do you know of anyone who would know? E8 (talk) 04:48, 11 January 2008 (UTC)
Ok Then
Ok I understand the Notability Criteria now.
- Can I repost the page when the band meets one of the notability criterias?
- Is there a limit to userpages ex. User:NayhanAmor/Rising_from_ruins?
- Can userpages be speedily deleted?
Thanks again NayhanAmor (talk) 04:52, 11 January 2008 (UTC)
The Measure
I'm trying to write about a local band and it keeps getting deleted. What do I need to do to stop it getting deleted. —Preceding unsigned comment added by SalmonKing (talk • contribs) 15:28, 11 January 2008 (UTC)
Why pxSpot deleted?
References and notability had been added to this article and it was re-created. What issues did you have with this?
CSD
Random House? Where is that? It surely isn't written in the article (also the article doesn't state why he's important - A7). -- Mentifisto 15:35, 11 January 2008 (UTC)
- Ah okay, I was misled. Although the article really does not state why he's important. But I guess subtly works too. -- Mentifisto 15:42, 11 January 2008 (UTC)

Read Em And Weep
Usage guides or slang and idiom guides. Descriptive articles about languages, dialects or types of slang (such as Klingon language, Cockney or Leet) are desirable. Prescriptive guides for prospective speakers of such languages are not.
