Junichi Masuda (増田 順一, Masuda Jun'ichi) (born January 12, 1968) is a Japanese video game music composer. He is best known for his music to the Pokémon series of games. He was also the main composer for the soundtrack of Pulseman, another Game Freak title for the Sega Mega Drive. His music for the games is also used in the Pokémon television series, where it is arranged by Shinji Miyazaki.
Masuda is now the main director behind the production of the Nintendo DS games Pokémon Diamond and Pearl.
